Oh geez louise! Things are going to get very, very exciting around your blog soon. What's the longest anyone's waited on the girl's list at our agency? If I remember correctly it's only 12 months? (or has someone gone 13 already?) Either way- you're close!!!!

It took us two years to adopt, but we were only on the waiting list for two months....I was about to lose my marbles. I was so anxious, I never received the "call" everyone talks about- I called them! They must have been so annoyed with me they sped us up. . ;-) Hey, maybe that could be your strategy!
